I trace where the water is getting in and show you photos before I quote. The finished job comes with a written warranty.
“Am I being overcharged?”
My rates are on this site: roof restorations from $20/m² inc GST. Your quote is itemised, and any change to the price is agreed in writing first.
“Will they even turn up?”
I reply personally, give you a start date, and ring you if the weather moves it.
“What about the mess?”
I clean up as I go, and we walk the finished job together before I call it done.

Near the water, rusting fixings and flashings are the first thing I check. Inland, it’s ridge caps, valleys and drainage.
